Terms & Conditions at Lettermen Sports

We collect aggregated information on the popular pages our visitors access or visit. We also collect information volunteered by visitors or customers, such as information provided in registration of services, online surveys, product purchases, submitting feedback forms, etc. Information we collect may be used to notify visitors about updates to our web site and may be used by Lettermen Sports representatives to contact visitors for marketing purposes. However, Lettermen Sports does not sell to or trade e-mail lists with third parties.

Shipping

Lettermen Sports operates from our home office in Blaine, MN. Our business hours are as follows:

We cannot ship hockey items outside the U.S.A. due to transshipping agreements.

Sat.: 10 am -6 pm
Sun.: 11 pm - 5 pm

All orders will have a $4.99 handeling fee add to them. Orders over $99.99 will recieve FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING (within the contintal US). Oversize items such as sticks, hockey bags, goals, etc. will be up charged oversize shipping fee. All in stock orders placed after 1 pm Central Standard Time, will ship the following business day. Next Day and 2nd Day Air, will take priority over orders with normal shipping.

If an item ordered is not in our warehouse, we ship from one of our store locations. Multiple item purchases may require Lettermen Sports to ship product from more than one location. This will have no affect on the quoted shipping fee.

We ship orders through UPS except for international orders. Normal shipping for UPS is 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com. This message will give you your UPS tracking number. You can then track your order on the internet, using UPS.com.

It is very important you enter a valid email address. Without a valid email you will not receive order confirmation or tracking information. We also use email as a way to contact you if we have a question with your order.

Return Policy

We at Lettermen Sports are dedicated to customer service satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/items for a full refund of the item/items purchased price. All sales are final on sale priced items. All items must be in new condition (unwashed, unworn, or defective)with tags attached. All itmes must be return in original packaging or the will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the cost of returns to Lettermen Sports are the responsibility of the consumer. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and sent to:

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
