Shipping Policy

Lettermen Sports uses both UPS and the USPS to ship packages to all locations within the 48 contiguous United States. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Lettermen Sports is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or holiday seasons, and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. Depending on item availability, some items may ship separately. We will not require extra shipping charges in these circumstances.

Our default home shipping option is USPS, but we may ship UPS depending on the size, weight and shipping location of your package. We will use USPS for all PO box deliveries. Lettermen Sports ships on all weekdays and via USPS on Saturdays if needed. Typically, orders placed before 2:00 pm Central time will ship on the same day provided we can verify the customer address and payment information and the item is in stock.

Most orders will be charged a flat $7.99 shipping rate (within the continental US). Oversize items such as hockey wheel bags and full-size goals will be charged an oversize shipping fee depending on the size of the object. Next Day and 2nd Day Air Shipping will take priority over orders with standard shipping requirements.

Expedited shipping is available for an added shipping fee. We offer USPS Priority Express (2 day), UPS 3 day, 2nd day and Next Day Air options. Prices vary depending on location and package number, size and weight.

If an item ordered is not in our warehouse, we ship from one of our store locations. If Lettermen Sports does not have the item ordered in stock, we will order the item in for you if possible. Doing this may add time to your delivery.

It is critical that you enter a valid email address. Without a valid email, you will not receive an order confirmation or tracking information. We also use email to contact you if we have a question about your order.

Lettermen Sports currently does not ship anywhere outside the United States, but we do ship to border stores regularly. Please contact us if you have questions about international shipping.

To protect all parties involved, packages over $100 in value will require a signature to be picked up to avoid loss or being left unattended. We do not require a signature for packages totalling less than $100.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us at our Blaine location to speak with a crew member that can assist you. Please have your original receipt available. In some instances, a return shipping label will be e-mailed to you for delivery back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a credit or refund to the payment method you used to order minus a 10% restocking fee on the item.

Lettermen Sports will not issue a return for any of the following items:

  • Sharpened or baked skates (please try on skates and make sure they fit correctly before sharpening or baking).
  • Jocks & Undergarments
  • Mouthguards
  • Custom gear (i.e., items with unique non-stock colors or gear with personalization on it).

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and its original packaging. All serial numbers, helmet stickers, and UPCs must be intact. Place skate boxes inside another package with the label affixed to the outside. Items missing any of these things will be subject to either a partial credit return or a refusal of a return.

If a package is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will replace Items damaged during shipping with the same model and size. If we do not have the same item in stock, we will issue you a store credit for the original cost of the item.

If an item is lost in shipping, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipper and investigate the matter. We will replace any items confirmed as lost with the same model(s) and size(s). If we do not have the same item in stock, we will issue you a store credit for the original cost of the item.

Once an item is marked delivered by the shipping service, the item is considered yours. Lettermen Sports cannot be responsible for items misplaced or stolen after delivery.
